POPilot ("we," "our," or "us") is a purchase-order decision tool for Amazon FBA sellers. 2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, and account credentials when you register. We also collect business information you enter such as supplier terms, cost inputs, and cash floor preferences.

With your explicit authorization, we access data from your Amazon Seller Central account and Amazon Advertising account via Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API) and Ads API. This includes inventory levels, sales data, financial events, inbound shipment data, and advertising spend data. We access only the data necessary to provide our service and only with your permission.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our service — specifically to generate purchase-order recommendations, inventory risk alerts, and placement optimization suggestions. We use your Amazon data solely to power the features of POPilot and do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. We may use your email address to send you service-related communications such as alerts and product updates.

4. Amazon data usage

POPilot accesses your Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising data through Amazon's official APIs. We request only the minimum permissions necessary to provide our service. Your Amazon data is used exclusively to generate PO recommendations, inventory analysis, and related features within POPilot. We do not use your Amazon data for any purpose other than providing the POPilot service. We do not share your Amazon data with any third party except as required to operate our infrastructure (such as our database provider, Supabase). Amazon data is stored securely and encrypted at rest.

5. Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a SOC 2 compliant database provider. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, secure authentication, and access controls. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@getpopilot.com.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information or Amazon data to third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers. We may share data with service providers who assist us in operating our platform (such as hosting and database providers) under strict confidentiality agreements. We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. You may disconnect your Amazon account from POPilot at any time through the Settings page, which will immediately revoke our access to your Amazon data. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us at support@getpopilot.com and we will process your request within 30 days.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and provide core functionality. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect your ability to use certain features of the service.

9. Children's privacy

POPilot is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately at support@getpopilot.com.
